There is a playful, dancing, ubiquitous rhythm underlying reality.
Here as individual conscious beings, we decide how to play and dance along to that rhythm.
There is an intense, abundant, coiled energy within each of us that shines inevitably, inexorably through the cracks of tightly-held beliefs and ways of being.
This energy is the soul's gift, the reason that at this moment, in this place, under these exact circumstances your are right here.
The path to freedom is as long or as short as you need we need it to be. The genesis of my freedom took me 2,665 miles of walking. As outward and physical as the journey appeared, the internal journey was the more varied and fraught.
The soul's inner path is full of nuance, structures, wilderness and life and the light within serves as a guide in these moments of quiet when we are able to pause and listen.
