This is the backpack our CEO will forever use because it will change not only the way you feel and carry yourself but also what you carry and how you carry it. The design was inspired by old polaroids we found from hiking expeditions in the early 20th century. It’s an anachronism, a time-traveler - the type of bag that was made and used when people knew quality and function. This is a top-loading roll-top bag and asks you to design your day by slipping in exactly what you need. And we’ve got your back with the oh-so-useful exterior pocket that sits subtly on one side of the bag, perfect for your phone, keys and wallet, because when you need ‘em, you need ‘em. This is an old school stuff sack that has stuck around because true explorers know that what lasts matters

Description

The DIVIDE provides a roomy compartment paired with an exterior zip pocket for quick access to your phone, wallet and keys, adding function without compromising the beauty of form. The main compartment of the bag fits everything you need for the day - (computer, notebook, headphones, water bottle), but just in case, the DIVIDE has a roll top for added room for those times when you find yourself surprised by a fun purchase, those last two ingredients you grabbed at the store, or storing that extra layer because the weatherman is always wrong. Our weather-resistant Kodiak or Yukon leathers make this bag at home through any journey. There’s nothing in the world like the patina of truly great leather and we’ve included a leather care kit that will help yours develop that rich and sumptuous hue over the years.

We are two humans designing and crafting pieces that we are obsessed with - they begin as one of a kind concepts and small details change piece to piece. Our LEATHER is characterized by small differences in dye, aberrations, range markings and varying grain patterns. We ask that you rejoice in the differences found in your specific piece. We built it - we'll fix it. We’re the humans behind your product and we are dedicated to making sure you’re over the moon about your new heritage piece. Your product is intended for a lifetime of use - so please contact us if anything needs repairing or replacing. The best way is to send images and any explanation of the issue to repairs@uphilldesigns.com and we’ll respond with next steps.

leather care

Leather is an amazing material and with proper care our products will last a lifetime. Here’s what we ask. Keep it away from salt water. Buff out scratches with either your hand, or leather oil - this will aid in the rich ‘patina’ that is only possible in full-grain leather. Leather conditioner can treat leather that, after time, has begun to feel dry or brittle. Please test any oil or conditioner on a small, non-visible portion of your product. Oils and conditioners will darken the appearance of your product.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
